I am not a fan of the far left or far right, they both have their faults. I am a proud Freemason and American and believe that our brothers that were founding fathers of this great nation would shed a true tear over any party that would try to impede or change what they put in place.

yes, it's a sorry affair with shape our country is in right now.
I've have read books & watched several videos on the struggles that our forefathers went through to win our independence and write the Constitution & Bill of Rights
No matter which side you're on, we need to make every effort to preserve the rights & freedom they have given us
I do like your avatar !!! :)

Far left or right. Neither will ever have any real hand in the progression of our country.

Unfortunately, we must tolerate them: but never give either control.

Still, many of those problems and struggles in the history books boil down to the clash between these two extremes. Whisky Rebellion, states rights arguments from the early 1800s, since; Teapot Dome Scandal to Bailout of Wall Street, take your pick.

Our enemies do not stop at the boarder gates. Neither the outside nor the inside of those gates.

Everyone should delve into those history books. Were they to, many less would be fouled in the present.

Isn't KNOWLEDGE a most powerful weapon!

Uneducated masses is where the problem starts. It's too easy to be distracted with the myriad of entertainment that surrounds every aspect of our lives. If every citizen was aware of every issue I don't think any extreme in govt would exist. Naturally in a free society there are going to be people who believe the state should be run one way, and others who feel it should be run another, but essentially its the same problems that effect these factions, and both are subject to the unbiased problematic nature of the political issue. It seems now one is just trying to stamp the other out, when both are an integral part of the whole. When dealing with a polarity whether is political or not, balance is what is always need to maintain stability or the whole edifice will collapse in ruin. Canada faces the same issues as Americans too, but I think republics like America and successful ones that have existed before it are vulnerable to foreign influence that ultimately makes the state unoriginal for a better word.

Yes, knowledge is a powerful weapon and the uneducated masses is where a lot of problem starts. Some are so easily manipulated and influenced by pop culture and the biased mass media. It is so frustrating to this happening all around us. Plain old common sense has gone out the window. What is being taught in schools is not what our grand parents, parents, and even some of us learned. History has been twisted around to make it "political correct".
Enough said by me. I could go on further with this but I'm sure you know where I'm coming from .
One of the things that really gives me peace of mind through all this craziness in this world is when I walk through that door of the building with square and compasses above it. I can leave all my worries behind and enjoy the fellowship of my Brethren. It's such a joy to listen to and participate in the Degree work. The beautiful ritual gives me such a wonderful feeling.
Thank God for Freemasonry !!!!
