Where are you located?

Tomball Pawn has Masonic rings, you just never know what they will have as far as used rings goes.

Reiner's in Houston may carry some and I'm pretty sure can get you what you want

Does the Galveston Scottish Rite sell rings? I will be there Friday and Saturday for the reunion.

Who are the prince and peers?

In the Prince Hall Scottish Rite (as well as the Northern Masonic Jurisdction,) the 32° is called Sublime Prince of the Royal Secret. In the "mainstream" Scottish Rite Southern Jurisdiction, it's Master of the Royal Secret. So when he refers to princes, he's talking about 32° brothers, and I think peers are 33°.
