Hey man, I was there when the Protocols of the Elders of Zion was written, I was a contributor and it is real man... deeper than you know...:scared::scared::scared:Field Manual FM 30-31B? REALLY??????????????????
It's as authentic as the "Protocols of the Elders of Zion".
And I challenge anyone here to find a claim made by Alex Jones that is not backed up by some published works somewhere
Darn good post... darn goodNorthwoods is on a completely different scale as 9/11.
Also, my Brother, putting out a challenge to prove a conspiracy theorist wrong, especially with the threshold being "backed up by some published works somewhere" is not proof that Alex Jones is a truth teller - when of course, noone winds up making the attempt. Firstly, anyone can independently publish, and clearly publish is not a synonym for truth.
I tell you we have had conspiracy theorists of all makes and models come through our doors lately. Anti government views are en vogue right now. The economy has had a lot to do with it, the debt, and what have you. Dan Brown nonsense is a heck of a motivator to become a mason. Its one reason I made the Discordian joke, and if it wasn't for the fact that I fear people wouldn't get the joke I'd suggest more folks read the Illiminatus trilogy. Sadly about half the folks that read take it literally and the joke is on them :52:
Here is the thing: the government is us, made up of us, for us. People today don't get involved in it like they used to. They rarely serve on the board of their HOA. They rarely go down to city hall and weigh in on issues. They rarely know or influence their congressmen. They write letters, if that. They browse web forums and consume media of one type or another. Government becomes a leviathan with evil elements, and healthy distrust turns into something else.
I, for one, tire of those types of people. They rarely are "doers" and are very often "consumers". They, like all people who search intently for a pattern that they decide is there at the outset, find it. You can find Jesus in the clouds or Buddha in the cracks in the sidewalk if you look hard enough.
We face an age where one of the prime personality types that come through our doors are conspiracy theorists. 50 years ago it was community men. Not "activists" in that the bulk of their activities were jumping up and down with a sign pointing out how government was evil. But "activists" in that they served on school boards and as deacons of their church.
And that difference is, in equal measure to the rise of the Internet and the distractions of social media, gaming and so forth - the reason why we are in decline.
So I don't have a whole lot of patience with conspiracy theorists, personally. I see them as the reason why we are dwindling in numbers. They talk a lot and don't do much of anything productive most of the time.
I don't mean to apply that to you, Brother, and these are just my opinions with no offense intended. Usually I just crack a joke or two about it to the other lurking submarine drivers :001_smile:
