It's a lodge, and a damn good one at that. As far as I have seen they are used as ash trays, but hey tobacco spit is just a part of life here in Texas, nothing inappropriate.
I made this for dinner last night after, and yup, it is still my favorite chili recipe. It makes a darn good Frito Pie (another Texas staple). Just ladle 1 cup of chili over 1 cup of Fritos, top with sharp cheddar cheese and dig in!

Actually that is exactly what it means. They are not experts at fixing oil leaks...because it's obvious that don't know how.
Expert=being extremely good at something
Having no clue=being extremely bad at something
BP=No clue as to how to stop the oil leak.

I actually thought I was going to have the same problem when I first decided to petition, but quickly realized after a little looking that I had lots of family and friends that were mason’s including my grandfather.
