Brethren, Wharton Lodge #621 is hosting an outdoor master mason's degree on June 18, 2011, which we would like to have performed by FMRC members. This will be our third FMRC outdoor degree. If you haven't been to one before, you need to attend. We will perform the degree and afterwards have bbq...
Good advise...Also, inform him as to what we expect from him. Tell him this is not easy by no means, but it is worth it. Share with him the difficulties of being a mason, as far as ALWAYS representing the craft, never bringing dishonor to our fraternity, and watch his reaction. Make sure he...
Wow...I knew someone that got their oil changed at E-Z Lube and they forgot to tighten the oil filter and two days later it fell off, drained all the oil and seized the motor. He took pictures called E-Z Lube and they replaced the motor no questions asked...The only problem he had was they...

I completely agree with you Bro. Ashton. I'm in no way saying that the best idea is to sell the Grand Lodge Building, but that is one possible solution that could have it's benefits. I think that it is up to our leadership to find a solution to this problem other than raising our per capita...
I think that would be a great idea, because it would allow a lot of lodges who never even send anyone to the Grand Communication to have the event closer to home occasionally. I know that there is no excuse for not sending someone in your lodge to GL, but many lodges don't due to the distance...
