Ingredients
  • 5 slices bacon
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen cut green beans
  • 1/4 cup butter or 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Liquid Smoke
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Directions
  1. Place bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until browned on one side, then turn over to cook on the other side.
  2. Remove the bacon from the skillet, leaving the bacon drippings. Crumble or chop bacon, and return to the skillet. Melt the butter in with the drippings. Add the green beans, liquid smoke, garlic powder, salt, pepper; cook and stir until tender, about 8 minutes.
