Bringing wife and son to an open meeting

Am I allowed to bring my wife and 1 yr old son to an open meeting? The meeting is tomorrow and I will be turning in my petition than. Their having a ceremony for past Masters and Widows.

Almost certainly yes. I always enjoy seeing brothers involve family at open events. Like stated above, doesn't hurt to check though.

As long as it's open you may bring anyone you wish. It is encouraged to bring non-Masons to such events. it will be wonderful to have your family with you as you present your petition.

"Open" means everyone is encouraged to attend. "Tiled" or "opened" means brothers of that degree only. The two words "open" and "opened" are close together in sound and easily confused.
