I'm curious to see the series of movies.
The current movie appears to be a remake of a 2005 Danish movie (on demand on netflix right now) which was somehow inspired by "My Left Foot." The director of My Left Foot made this new English version.

There's only one movie, but i went to school for Dramatic Writing, so I always get nerdy on story building.
This 2009 movie appears to be based on a 2004 Danish movie which won several awards called Brødre
Brødre (2004)
It turns out I misread the other reviews about this film. This movie was just made by the guy who made My Left Foot.
I probably wont make it out to the movies soon, so I may watch Brødre (the original) on Netflix to start.
