Chicken Spaghetti

whole chicken or boneless chicken if you prefer
1lb. of spaghetti
1 chopped onion
1 celery
1 bell pepper
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 can of cream of chicken
lg. loaf of velveeta cheese

Boil your chicken and set aside to cool and cut in bite size pieces. Use the broth of the chicken to boil your spaghetti noodles and put all your chopped onion, bell pepper, and celery in with the spaghetti to cook. When spaghetti is done put your cream of chicken and mushroom in and mix it all together adding the cheese to it while it is hot so it can melt well. Add in all your chicken and stir well. Bake in a large pan on 350 degrees for 30-40minutes.

*Note, I always drain what ever broth is remaining after I am done boiling the noodles and vegetables before I add the cans of soups and cheese because if you leave it in depending how much you have left it will be runny.
