Degree dispensation

What are all the things that we can get dispensation for degrees to be done quicker. i know military. what else?

How many people in Texas that got the one day dispensation have you ever seen in lodge again?

Yes, the brother we just raised has come to every meeting and said he would until he is shipped out and then would try to find a military lodge to attend.

wow we have done several and never seen them again, and Im assuming they havent returned their work somewhere else.
