How do you add the Banners I see on the signature line? and photos in your post?

Signature pictures:
if it's the same (most vB versions): UserCP, Edit Signature. If you upload your picture to MoT.com, you can use the tags:
right next to eachother, exactly like that, and it'll put that picture into your sig.
photos to your post: there's a little picture of mountains and a sun (yellowish looking thing) in the bar above where you type your posts. that'll allow you to add pictures to your post.
