"Do not eat of those things with a black tail" - sage advice from the walls of a hidden chamber that was apparently recently found in Canons Ashby (central England). The article speculates that this room may have been used as a lodge room in pre-UGLE freemasonry.

Let's be sensible here lads a Lodge with floor space of 5 feet by 6 feet.

It must have been a Lodge for gnomes not freemasons :)

    Frodotype, more like :)

This story is just one of those "discoveries" by non-Masons who don't bother to ask any Freemasons about it before going to the local Press.

The lodges I've seen so far with stone members have been in cemeteries. Travelocity time! ;^)

More evidence that the Chamber of Reflection is well used :)

Were there any vessels in there? They could be the "possible masonic chamberpots".
