Your Valley will have an advisory committee. They likely are aware of those deserving, but you can certainly talk to the secretary.

Glen u may be familiar woth the fiasco thatvwas the orient of NM more precisely the SF valley and in the past deserving bros who werent in the in crowd were passed up. our current Venerable Master(protem) stepped up when the actual VM stepped down. hes coordinated several major events, hes a past master of my lodge is the current JW of the other lodge in town, hes a member of the shrine and is constantly at the lodges and temple doing something to benefit the craft.

I am aware of that. What I stated is that I don't know that volunteering a recommendation is proper. I'm sure that those Brethren who make those decisions are cognizant of who is deserving of those honors.
