I have a question meetings are done on Tuesday around 630ish pm right but are there any other days for those that can't make it who work from noon till midnight

well, each lodge does it's own schedule. Some don't meet on Tuesdays at all. There are Daylight lodges, that generally meet in the mornings. Sometimes it can be hard to find a lodge that meets when we're available. In other areas, there may be one or more lodges meeting every night of the week.
This is something that can be ammended in your Lodge's Bylaws.
