I have a friend who is looking to petition a Lodge in Mexico City and needs a point of contact.

Googling grandlodge of mexico brings up a wikipedia page on freemasonry in mexico with 4 external links. Apparently there are a few. I think a search in spanish would be more helpful, but not to me as spanish isnt something i can read that well.

One to avoid is the Grand Lodge "Valle de Mexico". Although it has regular origins, it has been violating the sovereignty of it's neighboring grand lodges (including Texas) and a lot have withdrawn fraternal relations.
