Passed to FC last night!

Hey brothers! I just wanted to share with you all that my lodge passed me to the Fellowcraft degree last night! I passed my EA proficiency two months ago, but in a lodge as small as ours it took that long to get the right guys together to put on the degree. Apparently it has been a while since we have done the 2nd Degree....

Oh, and as a bonus gift I saw a meteor fall as I was driving into town.

Anyway, it was a tremendous experience and the staircase lecture was everything I hoped it would be!

It took me 20 years to understand what is the work allocated to the FC. I hope you do better.

Why? 20 years is a quite respectable length of time to consider such important truths! The 24 inch gauge still teaches me daily hard-won lessons.
