This is one of those things that makes me really uncomfortable. Teachers and administrators should not be proselytizing and leading prayers at school with students. On the other hand the ACLU sure did come on strong. It's important to note that the guys weren't charged with 'felony prayer', they were charged with contempt of court. So I'm not so sure they are being maliciously persecuted.
