They are still paid for. I wish that more questions were asked on the fly and that the debates were not prepared. I would love to see a presidential candidate that can think on the fly or prepare their own speech.

How many times have you watched a White House Breifing just to hear the words, "I can't comment on that at this time?" That is this and the previous administration. Someone needs to post the John Stewart vs Crossfire rant. That is how I feel about the press.
