Shred and Dump Day

  1. I just got done dumping 16 TVs and computers, along with two dozen boxes of eminently shreddable paperwork from our old apartment complex business. That episode of my life is now officially gone. It was a community shred and toxic dump day sponsored by Geist Chapel, a local church. Took me three trips, but I've reclaimed the garage. This would be a terrific community event for a Masonic lodge to sponsor. It was very popular, and everybody has TVs, computers, old stereo equipment and paperwork we can't get rid of easily. I've been waiting over a year for one of these days.

I still have an old video edit system to get rid of, with 25 pieces of electronics. It looks like a Bond super villain lair in our spare bedroom. That'll be next year.

Now, if I could only figure out how to get rid of a lawn tractor.[IMG]

Put the mower out on the curb...someone will take it!
