Simple graphic design?

For a gift, I'm looking a simple, scalable graphic of a WM's apron, Texas reg dimensions. It would need to be white with blue trim, of course, but unlike a regulation WM apron, have "fringe" on the sides -- be it, blue, white, or gold.

Are there any skilled brothers out there who would be willing to throw something together? The graphics need to be simple so they won't blur at small scales. I'm thinking as Master's square on the apron, the lodge number below, and an "all seeing eye" on the flap -- but am open to suggestions if they would work better.
