Our favourite storm trooper has been gradually making his way across Victoria, in this first ever journey, to raise funds for the Monash Children’s Hospital. Grand Master Bob Jones and Communications and Publicity Manager Gabrielle Forman met with Bro. Scott Loxley of Lowan Lodge No. 107 in October this year to wish him well for his epic trip, and since then, Scott has walked an incredible 746 kilometres.

Follow his progress on http://www.facebook.com/StormingAustralia, listen to his posts and check out his photos. Scott needs all the support he can get, with a staggering 14,254 kilometres to go and $100,000 to achieve between now and 2015. That’s right, he’ll be on the road for a good 12-18 months facing the elements, isolation and exhaustion. But with a courageous spirit and a background in the defence forces, Scott is positive he will achieve his goal.
