Under 40 Degree Team

Tonight our Lodge conferred an EA tonight. I was the SW, while sitting there I noticed that everyone participating was under forty. I di tell everybody that we have until July before we change our name.

It was cool to see the "ol' timers" taking it easy tonight.

I need to be fair, the secretary and the canidate were the only two that didn't make any mistakes. The canidate thought we were perfect !!

That is a great start start. The hard part is being able to keep it under 40. As for as no mistakes, so what, I don't know anyone that has done it perfect.

That thought was comforting to me when I was SD for the first time. However, I did want it to be as letter perfect as possible, but of course that's only something to strive for!

Congrats on the young participation! It is really impressive to see a crew of younger men working together.
