With a new Grand Master come changes in GLof PA

Here in San Diego, waiving dues for military would in essence bankrupt almost every lodge. To the best of my knowledge, PA doesn't have a significant military presence. Am I correct on that?

There is no longer a huge presence in the Philadelphia area since they closed the Navy Yard and NAS Willow Grove. There is still Ft, Indiantown Gap and the Army War college in Carlisle, in the middle of the state.
