Are there any fellow brothers in the hospitality industry, specifically as a concierge? The reason I ask is I'm interested in becoming a concierge, but the University of Houston Conrad Hilton School of Hospitality does not offer a degree or certification as a concierge.
I would like to know if any brothers whom are in the industry as a concierge if they could provide some help or resources as to how I might get into the industry.
I found a 12 week certification program called, Art of Concierge through
The International School of Hospitality (TISOH) http://www.tisoh.com/ and is backed by, Les Clefs d'Or Concierge professionals.
I would appreciate any help in the matter.
