We issue the dues card at the conclusion of the Masters degree... For EAs and Fellowcrafts we give a temporary card indicating the brother is a member of our lodge at that degree.

My lodge has not issued one because brothers get raised and issued a card and don't come back or pay dues

Yeah. I got my dues bill in duplicate the night I was raised. I was told the copy would serve at my own lodge until my check cleared, or that like before I could get a dues paid member to escort me. I'd been told to bring my checkbook and how much it would be.

We get a card with the signature portion cut off upon being raised.

We get a full dues card once we turn in our master mason exam.

My first year dues were included in my initial fees. My card was issued shortly after my raising. I am now an officer in my mother lodge and we are exempt from dues.
