What happens to a Military Lodge when a location is closed?

Part of the lecture that describes what a lodge is. Who and what constitutes a lodge. The lecture does not tell the difference between a charter and a warrant but in all 3 of my jurisdictions both are mentioned.

Wow.... we do say "charter" in the ceremony after all, i know this work well but the word charter did not cross my mind..... nor do you hear the word charter, except in the above.....
