Unfortunately, Freemasonry was banned in Pakistan in 1972 (as is the case in many Muslim-majority nations).

There does seem to be a remnant of Pakistani Freemasonry from earlier days, however. The UGLE website lists a secretary for the District Grand Lodge of Pakistan, although he appears to have a UK phone number, which suggests some sort of rump organisation in exile. Note that the position of Grand Master is vacant, which I assume means the GL is, for all practical purposes, defunct. (Perhaps other brethren could fill in the blanks, here.)
