I understand there is ONE female Master Mason who is to be Accepted in the U.S. Apparently she was made a Master Mason in England under the UGLE. Otherwise, don't know of any other possibilities...

Not a direct answer but on a related note, I do find the history of women Freemasons in France in the first two centuries of GL freemasonry quite intriguing, despite its clandestine nature.

What is your take on women that claim to be Master Masons?
No matter what the view one may take based upon male-craft lore, traditions, digest laws, rituals, obligations or landmarks the fact remains that they exist and do so in their own organizational constructs, under their own charters and with practice that, in the view of the UGLE, are regular sans the one notable distinction of being male.
