Aflliating

I am a AF&AM mason that has done all of my work courtesy in a F&AM jurisdiction. I plan on affliating with them and thus being a "3 letter" mason. I was told by a friend who is residing in a southern AF&AM state that i would not be able to attend his lodge if i had a dues card from a "3 letter" lodge. What are your thoughts?

I am a Past Master of the Grand lodge of Indiana F&AM and recently became a member of the Grand lodge of Oklahoma AF&AM.

You won't have a problem.

I believe there will need to be some discussing between your home Lodge and the Grand Lodge, which the Grand Secretaries would work out...but I'm a "noob" so I may be mistaken. :49:
