Does anyone know what happens to the working tools magazine? I use to get new issues each month, however, it's been awhile now since I've seen one.

Not to beat a dead horse but anyone heard anything? Forgot I had auto renew setup for the magazine and just got charged. It's been a year since the last issue.

Bro. Cory Siglar, who single-handedly put the magazine out over the years, has suspended publication until more time opens up in his life to continue the effort.

He is to be commended for his efforts. I hope things open up for him. You might want to connect up with him on Facebook and let him know your interest.

You can do all the prescribing you wish to do, but if you don't complain a direction that makes any difference whatsoever, you'll only irritate those who can make no difference whatsoever.

Not elevated to irritation yet. ;-)

Yes. I do have contact with him. However, I shan't set out on a mission with a superfluous intent. I am sure he knows he has obligations to honor involving the magazine and has gone about assuring what he is aware of is taken care of. The question you pose and the edict you present afterward assumes he is not aware of the matter and it does so in a forum that Bro. Cory is likely not monitoring. More importantly, Brother Cory is not here to defend himself.

I offered a contact method for the Brother who is still being charged. Should he wish to deal with it, he will do so directly. He does not need to have a mediator involved, at least, not yet.

I came back to this thread after closing it just now. I want to say well done on the above. "I'm sorry" can be two of the most powerful words we can say, and often ones we do not use enough which can solve all sorts of problems. I remember being completely in the right once, acting from concern and brotherly love and a brother verbally attacked me. After an initial reaction of shock and exasperation, I said those words "I'm sorry" to him. My intention had been good, but I apologized, not for what I said, but that despite my purest of intentions and concerns for him, I apologized for the way I made him feel and the impression I created. As I said it, I knew it was the perfect response and still remember the lesson years on. He was an EA, and as a PM, I felt a particular duty towards him. He lasted another four years, but was excluded, but I know I did nothing that a reasonable man could take offense too, indeed, I would do the exact same thing again, and HAVE done the exact same thing, but the power of the "sorry" remains as an important lesson to me.

Again, well done on using those words...

I apologize if I started something I shouldn't have. I was just curious about the site and the status of the memberships. I didn't know he had taken a break as I don't do Facebook and never saw anything on the website.

I'd just like to find a way to cancel the auto renew. If someone can PM me the contact info I'll reach out to him privately. It looks like it was removed.

    TIA
