I would be reluctent to expell a brother. I would do it if we had contacted him and found no need or desire. But even then I would encourage him to demit. However if the lodge is being hurt and the brother can not be found, after a resonable search, I would vote for it.
Ah there in lies the rub. The law as stated seems to allow some type of rebuke and I think minor missconduct should not go unquestioned, but not to the grand lodge.
It seems to me it is like taking a speeding ticket to the state supreme court.

We recently put on a great Masters degree, we invited the sons of Hiram and they had some members out, Shrine Circus is in town, so they recruited another degree team. The combination was great! Thats what makes Masons great, we can work togather.

Does the Grand Lodge Support the License Plate issue? And if it does could they start a escrow account to hold monies sent to the Grand Lodge for License plates untill they became available. That way the Grand Lodge would not have to risk the initial...
Welcome, I am from San Angelo, I went to Lee Jr. High and San Angelo Central but that was a lot before your time. I have not been back in 25 years I bet the town has changed a lot.

I agree with you brother and hope that Texas Masons work to change the current rules.
However as long as that is the rule we ALL must folow our own laws.
If that is the case, I AM TRULY SORRY, in this world there are fore too few good men to turn our backs on those who would be true brothers is unacceptabel.
