I have returned to university almost 30 years after receiving a BS in Industrial Technology from Texas A&M University (College Station, Texas, USA). I am pursuing a MA in History (Ancient and Classical) from American Military University--and completed my program in July, 2011.

Since 1980, I worked three decades as a parent of four wonderful children and in the Aerospace Industry, mostly at Bell Helicopter Textron as a Manufacturing Engineer.

I also served as a US Navy Reserve Intelligence Officer, retiring with the rank of Commander. After the 2001 attacks upon the United States, I was called to active service. After being released from military duty, I decided to leave aerospace for national intelligence. After 14 years of work as a senior and lead counterterrorism intelligence analyst, I currently work for the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory.
