Myself being the charter master of the new Fort Worth Stock Show Lodge #1460 I would love to have some of the members from these BIG lodges instead of starting new ones. New lodges should be started for other reasons other than membership being to large
Springtown Chapter #75, Council #47 in Weatherford Tx will host a one day festival Saturday March 3, 2012 at Phoenix Masonic Lodge #275. Breakfast will be served at 7am with degrees to follow. Lunch will also be served around noon. If you have any questions please let me know.

I still believe that you should never lower the bar (make easier). Masonry has lowered the bar already by signing visitors petitions when only knowing the gentleman for only 30 minutes. I fill if you do lower your expectations in anything you do then it is just another Masonic group. Why not...
York Rite for me. I like be part of the degrees personally, instead of sitting at a table for a day watching acting on a stage ( Scottish rite) also most York rite bodies meet at blue lodges, instead of going to a huge stated meeting with alot of other guys who always ask you to join a unit (shrine)
