As Winter said, Rotary and Lions are not Masonic bodies. There are certainly men who are Masons who also belong to Rotary and/or Lions, but the organizations themselves are not Masonic.

Do you feel negatively about the power of the Grand Master (in many jurisdictions) to make Masons at sight? Because that's essentially what one-day classes are, at least that's how they're explained in my jurisdiction.
