Any connection to Freemasonry? They seem to be very meticulously crafted, which to me would infer a Masons touch.

I saw a documentary about these monoliths on Discovery channel. I looked for a Masonic connection, but I did not see any.

I looked for one too but don't see anything. They're meticulously crafted because a stone company was commissioned to make it. The patron is the anonymous part.

A couple phrases and things stand out as masonic ideals (or even hermetic one could argue), but most don't seem to have masonic origins. Also the choice of languages doesn't strike me as masonic.

There does appear to be a possible Rosicrucian connection, as the mysterious figure behind the financing and design of the monument went by the name of "R. C. Christian" (a loaded pseudonym if there ever was one).
