So I have been driving around with expired tags because I didn't want to renew my specialty plates last month to turn around and order the new Texas Masons plate. But I was finally noticed by the local PD and got a ticket. I email TXDoT and this is the response I got about the long awaited...
Last year at the Banquet for Grand Chapter and Council, PGM Dodson ( I believe), explained that a lady had asked why in Texas our aprons at 16 x 16. He replied everything is BIGGER in Texas, therefore we need bigger aprons.

That is a good question. We used to have a newsletter and I really would like to start a quarterly one up again this year. But with money being tight I am just not sure how to sell the idea to the members. I strongly feel that if the 90% of members who don't attend a regular meeting knew...
