When I was looking for information on my grandfather's SR affiliation I contacted the archivists at the House of the Temple via the SR website http://scottishrite.org/headquarters/archives/ and they were extremely helpful.
The Scottish Rite online store offers several very nice Masonic poster that are not AASR specific, and a few that are AASR specific.

I would suggest contacting the Grand Lodge of Louisiana, the museum/library foundation is up and running there and could probably supply you with a list.
For me it was actually good to not look at the audience, all it takes is looking at one Brother who is mouthing the words along with you, but slightly ahead or behind to throw everything off, hahaha. I just focused on my examiner and let the words flow.
