The document is a photocopy of the 1792 Quarterly Communication of the Premier Grand Lodge of England (Modern), that lists African Lodge as the 459 Charter in Boston, Massachusetts.
This same year the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts was formed, but excluded this very Lodge from participation in the formation of that Grand Lodge in Boston.
