UGLE Membership Requirements

There is a man here in the states that is a members of a known clandestine GL in Texas. An article has been published stating that he is a dual member of that clandestine GL and the UGLE. What are the membership requirements and can his membership be verified?

Brother Byron,
Your Grand Secretary should be able to contact UGLE's Grand Secretary for verification. UGLE recognizes the Grand Lodge of Texas, and the Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Texas & Jurisdictions.
As for requirements to join, I, and my Lodges, had to submit a great deal of paperwork when I applied.
