The two jurisdictions redesigned their degrees at different times in different ways.

The later the degrees the more the similarity. Constance appears with an almost identical story in both.

But the early degrees are quite different. Southern jurisdiction used to start part way through the events of the third degree. Northern now does an introduction to the Scottish Rite as the 4th.

Indeed. Definitely different degrees. I hope that changes soon.
