Camping Advice

Last year the wife and I tested the waters with a small pop up camper but after numerous camping trips we decided to upgrade to a full size travel trailer. For those Brethren who enjoy camping, I highly recommend the Jellystone parks. Some have water parks, golf cart rentals and many activities...even for adults! We enjoy the park in Fredericksburg, TX as it's right across the street from my favorite winery and the camp often hosts wine tastings:

Worth checking out.

If you live near the Houston area, Splashway is a nice getaway

If you enjoy Port Aransas, Gulf Waters RV Resort is fantastic!

The Jellystone one looks fun. There is one nearby actually I didn't know about. May have to get a cabin, my ol' lady may not want to go the tent route haha.

We're a little more into dispersed camping, but our favorite place to camp is off of the Mogollon Rim near Payson, AZ. We've got some big camping plans for the year. 3 nights at the Grand Canyon, Arches, Canyonlands, Zion, Bryce Canyon and there's a good chance we'll make a trip to Joshua Tree this year as well.
