We lose 3 out of 4 EA's I have heard but seeing CA loses 1 out of 3 we are either doing really really bad or I heard a rumor and not a fact? Anyone else heard this and maybe have a cite I cannot even recall who told me that unless it was you sirius?

i think a part of it i when people petition they do not fully understand what is going to be expected from them. i have always enjoyed meeting candidates and explaining to them the expectations and tim of our learning requirements.

Rhit your numbers are about what I remember hearing from the Grand orator a few years ago. I know at Saint Johns those numbers hold pretty true. At Allen we lose VERY few but we are pretty agressive about getting them involved and in 'training'.
