Yes. Not attending Lodge does not make one a "bad" Mason just as attending Lodge does not necessarily make one a "good" Mason.

It is a philosophy and way of life of trying to do the right things. I don't think a Brother has to attend Lodge in order to do this. It might be easy to think and act like a Mason for a few hours a month while in Lodge or in some Masonic activity. Quite another to do so outside of the Fraternity. Also a man doesn't have to be a Mason to live this way of life.
