i have been fortunate enough to teach all three of these guys and develop a strong friendship with each one. we have been blessed to have good young men going through. that has not been a struggle. what we have been struggling with is taxes and insurance. this is what im afraid many of our lodges are hurting from.

we were fortunate to have all our taxing entites except one waive the taxes. of course insurace...we are all stuggling there. After Ike damage was repaired the Lodge had to pay about $1000 more than what the insurance gave us...which doesn't make sense to me. If we are paying a premium then everything should be covered 100% minus the deductable and depreciation (which should be recoverable). anyway.... i will stop there before something is said that might be out of line
