Prince Hall in SC is Regular. By virtue of the fact that they adhere to the Ancient Landmarks and conduct themselves in every respect as Regular Freemasons. The MWPHGLofSC is not Recognized by the mainstream GLofSC for whatever reason they have stated among themselves of which I am not interested.

Prince hall is considered Regular in all US jurisdictions, it is just not recognized in four states. I'm not counting whatever the GLofLA has going on since they recognized MWPHGL of Maryland but not Louisiana.
