Welcome Jerry enjoy the ride, my advise is always remember that you will only get out what you put in, to gain the light it is essential that you seek a mentor apply yourself unselfishly but within the bounds of your cable tow.

Sure you may stumble across a few blocks in learning but never give in, set yourself a goal to working each of the chair's and work with the new members who will surely follow the same steps you once made.
