You can go to any craft store and buy a pin backing. Simply take the pin backing and either glue, or use a self adhesive to connect the pin to your name badge.

If you mean that you are born again through some religious faith, AND be a Freemason, yes, unless that faith prohibits affiliation with Freemasonry.
If you mean that you were a Freemason, went away from it, and then able to rejoin, yes,

The funniest most ironic lines I have ever heard spoken in Lodge circles were,

Not a problem. I share what I can. Not much more can be expected.
