Fulfillment - (includes fellowship, light, improvement, deep friendship, charity, enrichment is good, etc. etc.) - see, I couldn't do it in one word. Sorry about that!
There's always room for improvement. Fellowship and brotherly love is the best measure of a lodge experience. Then there are all of the things that go along with that - education, helping newly made brothers, family participation, including Masonic widows, community service, charity...
I agree with Bro. Stewart. We do have some Masonic education (not really a lack of masonic education). We probably could do a better job of supporting new members, but it is certainly not zero! Since continual improvement is our goal, maybe some of all of the above could apply.
