I don't know what country you are in. American Masons generally cannot help you become a Mason in another country. If Freemasonry is permitted in your country, they should have a Grand Lodge web site where you can get information on how to become a Mason.

I can't say I think much of requiring a degree from a concordant body in order to advance in Blue Lodge. Membership in an appendant/concordant body should be completely irrelevant in Blue Lodge.
