As an EA you may not be entiteld to everything an FC or MM may, but you were still made a mason (at least in the Texas version of the proficiency work).

Congrats! I just completed my EA profeciency work a few weeks ago. It was a major relief when I finished my recitation and the lodge voted me as proficient in my work. My FC degree will be conferred next week.
It does everything I need...and then some. It works with my Xbox360, Windows Home Server 2011, personal Hotmail, work Exchange mail, Skydrive storage, Zune personal media device, comes with Office.........
On Tuesday (the 24th) I finished my work and was found proficient. Now I'm waiting to find out when my FC will be conferred. Have to make sure it's worked around my (biological) brother's schedule....he initiated me and wants to confer all of my degrees.
Spoke the the Secretary last night. Turns out there have been a few EAs but only one (besides myself) ever began work on the proficiencies. The other one that has studied was just recently passed after two years of studying.....I believe he has a hectic work schedule.
We're in Floresville....south of San Antonio about 30 miles. John may jump in here and provide a little more info....he's the Secretary.
